What Rooted Compassion Offers

Rooted Compassion provides the following professional services:

• Organizational wellbeing consulting — systems assessment, program design, and strategic consultation for healthcare organizations and teams
• Professional coaching — individual and group coaching for healthcare professionals navigating burnout, career transitions, and leadership development
• Training and professional education — workshops, presentations, and training programs for clinical teams and healthcare leaders
• Educational content — including The Wellbeing Dispatch newsletter, blog posts, and publicly available resources

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for any consulting or coaching engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

No Therapeutic Relationship

This is important, and I want to be direct about it.

Using this website, reading content, subscribing to The Wellbeing Dispatch, or submitting a contact form does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship.

The content on this site — including newsletter issues, blog posts, and resource materials — is informational and educational in nature. It is not clinical advice, mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Joyce Davidson, PhD, LCSW, maintains a separate licensed clinical practice governed by separate professional and ethical standards; that practice relationship is not established through this website.

It is informational content — not clinical guidance, not a substitute for therapy or medical care, and not a consulting relationship.
